I read today and kept quiet so i could get a feel for what you guys say.

Yes i am negative why would i not be, take a look at the SP today.BUT as a HOLDER i cannot be called a ramper and i have decent skin in this game(unfortunately).My email to KP was very polite but direct questions, ie why the discounted shares from the said 18.6% and when is the PPA coming.
Of course KP wont answer.
You know they had $290,000 admin for the quarter.This company has never produced a damn thing.How many are on the payroll.There are 9 directors and they received 290K that is over 30K each for a quarter.120K per year.Its not excessive, but since the company is almost insolvent and he admits the deer valley was not the best deal, then take a pay cut or slash some workforce.What are they doing, playing cards while waiting for the PPA .
Mate these issues are to pay their wages.I dont begrudge that but 290K for 9 directors when the company is doing jack.pffft
Lifestyle company to keep them in work otherwise its the dole queue.
Harsh, maybe but the freaken SP is harsh for shareholders.
We should call a meeting to get rid of this board but hey, its like getting rid of the labor Govt when they spent all the money and now needed to start again.
Basically this company is on its knees and i agre with KP.If not for deer valley we a re cactus.Great management what have you all been doing over all these years.
