I know you are a Panax tragic like me however I need to correct your maths, you stated above the dilution was about 3%.

There are 697M shares,Deer Valley have been issued 78.84M, I make that 11.3%, I paid a considerably more than that for just over 2%.

Even with those figures I am satisfied enough as management need to keep us solvent until project funding arrives and I really believe it is close.

In my dreams I still imagine we will be between 2c and 4c this time next year.

Time to duck again.
