The only thing on my mind ( and for obvious reasons ) is the signing of the PPA and projecti funding.
I agree with Minusten and Benny- the recent share issues will soon be forgotten once the above milestones are accomplished.
So with that, the real and relevant question in my mind is why are we a week from Christmas without a PPA?
Over the course of the last 6 months we (i think) have come to realise things work differently over there; but is it a case of:
1) A signatory mulling over the deal; 2) Simply not getting to it due to other pressing matters ( but I thought the was a sense of urgency?); 3) Some other impediment.
My reference point has always been 28 Sept because it was then the documents were announced as being in final form with terms agreed and to be executed shortly.
I would really like to know what is happening on the ground on a daily basis on this issue. Are meetings being arranged and cancelled for example.
In my experience, this simply wouldn't happen here without an impact on relationships.
Transcending all cultures is the saying "where there is will there is a way."
Merry Christmas to all and hope for a happier 2013 for Pax and us shareholders.
