I have in the past enjoyed your more analytical posts. I believe you have a very sound background in terms of share trading. I also believe that if you look at the overall picture of Panax it is in a pretty good place, far better than its current SP would suggest.
Comments have been made that KP only tells you the good news not the bad, I feels that comes down to the questions being asked. He said to me that the deer deal was not the best deal but a necessary deal.
Of course I was on the phone pretty quick when I saw the 1st issue, but I am happy with the explanation, sure my holding is diluted (not by much) but then again I don't have $5million to offer PAX, and I feel it is better to have some dilution than no company at all.
It is very easy to get caught up in the endless doom that William seems to produce, but I would suggest you look at all of his posts not just on this stock (he gets shut down pretty hard on some others) 90% of what he says is a rehash of what he has said before, and it is nearly always negative.
If KP isn't replying to his email maybe there is a reason or just maybe William should try to make contact again.

In answer to your comment about more drawdowns, it is my belief (based solely on my own wild, uninformed guess work that there will be one more)
