Very true regarding international operations, also must remember these leases were done when Ralph Lauren was a mainstay of the ORL offer.
Mr Newman has done a terrible job trying to replace Ralph Lauren, GAP doesn't really make much sense although as long as they aren't losing money it can be forgiven but Brookes Brothers OMFG!
Worst part is Brookes Brothers makes sooo much more sense than GAP and I wonder if it suffered from lack of attention because of trying to expand GAP at the same time?
Either way I'm satisfied collecting divi's and confident in the value of the core Oroton brand
