Interesting times in this retail space! Was shopping today and noticed that the Ralph Lauren's flag ship store here in Brisbane has shut shop. Have also been told that it has shut shop in Melbourne.....Polo has also blocked the online US retail store from Australian viewers which follows up on Tommy Hilfiger's identical strategy. There are ways around this but it seems retail is a hard space and getting harder.....
