Bank profits because i have personally had this appreciate 40% in about a year,so now well above its intrinsic value.Have a sell order siting at $6, and will sellout and wait for a retrace, as i believe it will fall back to more sensible levels in mid 5's in coming months. However i have been wrong on another stock recently that has gone up about 7 % since i sold out 6 weeks ago.
If housing and construction continue booming then the run may well continue imo.
