At least SA are actively looking to protect their PLt industry ... I searched around for current info on what's happening in SA most of the commentators/analysts etc see the industry flat until 1Q2013 and expect to see demand rise from there. There is a current oversupply of plt (don't recall the exact figure) but it's not a big number less than 2011.
I guess were flying blind until the next quarterly ...
