PLA have previously stated they expect to get past cash positive at Smokey Hills this quarter. If they announce this news soon (ie Smokey genetating cash) sp will probably double and keep rising. If they don't or if new problems, it will keep drifting down.
Otherwise, PLA is a highly leveraged bet into Pt and Pd prices which is really a bet on world economy. If you think EU will muddle through without collapse and more money will be printed, sp could rise 10x from here over next 12-24 months. If world recession happens, PLA could go down to a few cents.
