With Peru valued at zero in the market the resolution is only a problem if a cash transfer was made to settle. I'd be happy with a 50:50 split, we could then see D&C fund the other half of the $1bn+ start up costs.
The coal permit/licence thing doesn't surprise me, nothing is ever straightforward in Strikeland, and as such the market values them below cash.
It might work one day but don't think it'll be easy.
