The explanation to me says that the company reporting internally isn't up to scratch if the CEO isn't up with majors like this as they happen.
Corporates also report the worst news last...in this case the Face problem.They don't say why these three projects were canned...my pick it isa significant problem cause they don't want to go into any detail on duration(reads like a permanaent canning) or underlying cause.
I think therefore a negative.
