Gday joaquim, it has been a bit quiet lately but the next round of activities is not that far off. Its hard to tell what this sale means.At least by taking shares as payment EBR still holds an interest in Cultana etc. But we don't know how many shares UEP will issue when they list so we don't know what % EBR will have of any Uranium find. This information must be available to EBR though. I can't see however how UEP can get approval to drill by August when EBR have been trying for years so I suppose the deal could fall thru.
Just hope that they get some of the other projects up and rolling soon.
