"fail... they had no back up plan"??

According to the threads they ordered the shipping containers before the trading halt.
Not only did they have a back up plan, they knew of the decision well before the release to market and had already started working on the back up plan

"come on NM lets see you buy on market now"

I think it's clear they knew about the decision some time ago and NM has been buying on market in full knowledge of the decision.

Good that NM still buying and the alternate solution is at an advanced stage and profitable but kinda sucks that us shareholders are always the last to find out about anything.
