I really don't know what some of you guys are complaining about, somebody please set me right....

Back of envelope:

$1.4mill T access = $140,000,000 cash in the back after the first year, which could be by Xmas next year.

NPV - $372mill = $3.40 ish per share, current 36c....

Market Cap is at $40mill for christs sake...

This thing will be up over 50c before you know it and on it's way to $1....I think it was a great announcement, they can make sure they get to $1.4mill Year 1, and ramp up for the rest Year 2....

Not the best possible announcement...but still good.
