The psychological 100 cent barrier seems to be troubling buyers. Strange when one considers the majority of trades are of parcels less than $10k. Perhaps the same people wouldn't pay an extra $100 bucks to secure a another purchase of similar value...ie say a second hand car? "Nope I'm only prepared to pay $9900 for that set of wheels". And unlike the car which will depreciate in value, the likelihood of NEA not appreciating is IMO somewhat unlikely. But it is what it is...for the time being at least.
