    I think it may be because of fear of a cap raise.

    or, it's strategic to price drop it. we need funding for the pilot plant. perhaps a discounted rate for the issue to a soph or off take partner this time around?

    seems Bruce has been trying to pump the share price with the news stream,the market just doesn't want a bar of it.
