if they answer yes he is then that would imply he now knows a something good is in the pipeline and he would be conflicted buying at this point...hence staying quite and probably not responding is the safest way to tread. As I think it through.... it’s really no shareholders business to whether someone within management would be buy shares or not. I wouldn’t answer the question because it would be followed up with a “why not” and I’m sure they would not want to go into the detail in either case.
