if they answer yes he is then that would imply he now knows a something good is in the pipeline and he would be conflicted buying at this point...hence staying quite and probably not responding is the safest way to tread. As I think it through.... it’s really no shareholders business to whether someone within management would be buy shares or not. I wouldn’t answer the question because it would be followed up with a “why not” and I’m sure they would not want to go into the detail in either case.

that leaves tcb now just having to provide he owns 3 million shares.... if he won’t prove that then why should asn management answer the question about whether a member of management has not bought shares.

simple answer tcb prove you worth or disappear because you just stir sheet and add no value, every time I read your posts I feel I’m wasting second/minutes of my life I could be spending on something else worth it..
