    I posted this the other day, not sure people understand what does this mean?

    "The SITLA is now being considered by Anson as a possible location of not only the industrial scale pilot plant but Also the full-scale production plant".

    Why mentioned full production plant? Any thought? Maybe some O/Ter to help build the plant?
