I cant believe I missed this!
Mid last year I posted a note from a very serious research house in the USA that did some work on us but they updated their work in late November and I only just became aware of it...…..this is company sponsored research and they are talking about 17,000 tonnes per annum lithium...……….wow!
Bruce is telling the market (well those who get these notes) what the plan is, that's getting beyond my wildest dreams, 17000 tonnes per annum at say $13,000 is revenue of $221m USD per annum and let's assume even $4k per tonne to produce that's profit of $153,000,000 USD per annum which is $216,000,000 $AUD per annum.
On those figures that would be a min 2 billion m/c imo ….assume by then 700m soi (worst case) that's a sp around $2.85 and that has no regard to iodine, bromine sales etc!
So here we have it...…….the planned lithium production each year.....including 500 tonnes this year, 998 tonnes next year as production then ramps up! Now the planned 500 tonnes production for this year at say 13,000 per tonne is $6.5m revenue ...…...if that's the plan what a great way to put 6.5m in the kitty! Imagine for a moment if the pilot plant is able to start us self funding this year. Im struggling to believe it but this is company sponsored (ie paid for ) research! Bruce approved the research imo
Some things are similar to the first note I posted in July last year but one big thing that has changed is their valuation, you can see below as at late November their share price valuation is 13-27c!!!!!
We know how conservative Bruce is, but this research is approved and paid for by Anson...…….!
