Asn have high concentration of Br, Mg, I and B, my Suggestion is to talk with big player, eg. ALB, coz they have existing technology, also, they have money. Japan has similar project to produce Iodine, so, Japan has the technology to produce I from oil well, if Japan can invest ASN Iodine production, this is real Fast track, due to ASN donot need to take long time to do lab test, that's why I said before, JORC is more important than building a pilot plant, especially for juniors has financial tight. 

There are a lot big players, eg. SQM, FMC, greenbushes, tianqi, ALB. ALB already obtained huge profit from Br, SQM has good profit from Iodine, that are goog examples for big players to extend their business, coz, same as ASN, diversified minerals mean diversified risk, so, ASN may Suggest this to the big players, I am confident for them to agree with this and has high possibility to invest other good minerals if budge allowed as ALB is a good example. While I still think ALB is No. 1 choice and Japan company with similar project as well. 

Common sense is if you involve in a long distance running, if at the beginning, you were running too Fast, you may not the winner at last. We can see for long distance running, the athletes always have their own pace, for the business, I called it, 'do the right thing', if every step is right, and keep making progress, you will be the final winner.

For the lithium piolt, not sure ASN can cooperate with Lilac to build lithium section or not, coz Lilac Also need to prove itself, if pilot plant succeed (of course it will succeed, just need some trial), ASN and Lilac have the win-win situation, this is Just my 2c opinion.
