@rjohnson1234 heard back from my friend was a bleak generalised reply - in summary it was; we can convert any spodumene or brine into lithium hydroxide. then referenced some jargon of a new project in Au of spodumene conversion to brine then extraction from brine to battery grade hydroxide? asked for the article anyway. didn't make a whole lot of sense and was sent from his phone (I'm using my phone now, will check on my laptop when I get to work for the article)
