Total package is about $550k, so he is very well remunerated considering ASN is still an explorer with a market cap of $30m.
I see it both ways, positive & negative. I've had a go at the Michael Van Uffelen who has been employed for quite sometime & has not purchased a single share in the company. He has his fingers in many pies, so not expecting anything from him, would have liked to see a different appointment into the non executive director role.
Bruce is running a tight ship & should be commended, however as I said, he is very well paid & in the current climate, why not chip in and buy $50k of stock on market?
I also think he has failed to strengthen the registry with sticky shareholders. Top 20 only own 33%, so hope that we get a few new holders on-board before the next CR.
The lithium market has been decimated, so can't complain too much - just need confirmation of BG and this should move higher.
