I think someone is trading ASN to death.
The sells at the top of the que never seem to end with zeros and each sell executed by selling it down also mostly never end with zeros ,this is not your average trader buying and selling 50k 100k 200k lots these buys and sells being executed each day seem to be in most part just one person or broker taking advantage of the lack of volume.
Whoever is doing this is also spooking people by placing and removing buys and sells and changing the amount of buy or sell at a regular rate.
This stock is being heavily manipulated at the moment ,in my opinion ,and it is keeping the price down.
