Somebody needs more brain. For Chinese companies to invest anything outside china will need federal chinese government approval. Who is the biggest shareholder of citic? My much, much early posts said cp needs chinese more than chinese need cp. cp is better to work with citic well to secure more money from Chinese for his other projects including ARH.
