I've NEVER heard building accommodation for workers cost $US300m.
BHP, RIO, FMG hire plenty of Aussie workers. Some of their accommodations are just old cargo containers with A/C. I've been out to Monto and many coal mining areas. They all use cargo containers for accommodations NOT Gold Coast Versace hotel rooms.
