    IMHO CITIC might default and leave Australia forever. It will be hard for CP to take legal action against CITIC in China as CITIC is part own by Chinese govern.

    About $200m royalty fee per month + low IO price coming soon for many years, IMHO ARH has absolutely no chance getting anywhere.
