recent media articles certainly have cey as a takeover target but this should have no impact on what you guys are describing. i bought and sold AMP for a while as almost a two day cycle so maybe some one sees a good way of making cash trading CEY in a similiar manner.
Daily volume certainly makes it a target for manipulation or what some describe as bot trading.
