Hi Masel, FLT almost takeover proof, the original founders have 43% of the company still (read Top Deck Daze if you have a spare moment, most of the original philosophy is based on there and Family Village Tribe talks the start of FLT and the underlying mgt philosophy).
Doesn't mean totally takeover proof but it would have to be an outrageous price for the founders to give up control.
