Come on, that hardly looks like the gap has been filled!

Harange is starting to spread their wings. Looks like there is some 'building' going on as predicted. I don't think it will be hard to build either given managements credibility and the near term low capex nature and potential revenues from the project.

Five, there are the projects that have the geographic jump on competitors. In our print edition yesterday, we mentioned the Ocean Equities report that Haranga Resources (HAR) was one of their favoured plays, being the only pure iron ore play exposed to Mongolia.

Foster Stockbroking sent a note to clients today recommending Haranga due to its "potential for near-term iron ore production leveraging existing and nearby infrastructure in Mongolia".

The project area has access to two short branch lines just 30km away that connect with the Trans Mongolian railway line and a ready market in China to the south - local production in China‘s northern province is dropping and steel mills need new sources of iron ore supply.

The analyst says iron ore in Mongolia is most commonly seen as magnetite skarn mineralisation, which can generally be readily beneficiated into an iron ore concentrate product, sometimes using only a crushing, screening and dry-magnetic separation circuit. This is due to the coarse nature of the ore that liberates easily, thereby reducing the need to include a fine grind as generally required for massive magnetite deposits.
