The information you take from the papers unfortunately and probably does not represent the expected agreement that NBS is trying to secure.

I called them (their IR rep) several times since the beginning of the year. I posted my conversation notes before (8/7/11).

The influx of public news from Maldives and Malaysia suggest that there are going to be projects but what will be the upside?? time will tell.

IMHO they will probably try to wait until the AGM (due in AUG?! ) and sugar coat the expected bad FY results with promising business prospects. For the more optimistic among this forum.. maybe even some cash flow (cost recovery) from Malaysia.
