If i was in charge of the company i would be asking the financing company to do an MOU saying that finance will be released subject to mining license being granted not hard is it really and saves all this waiting around. Moz Government could come end of Feb with this then we have until end of march to secure finance and start the mine which is right on the end of the wet season and having already missed the last deadline to be in production we need to be proactive on this.
Discussions have already been done as you dont just go into a company and say look we have a mining license can we have $90,0000,000 to build a mine, so ask whoever to put something in place heres the T&Cs sign them. If you dont ask you dont get.
