I am a holder as you are and I certainly like to see TON getting its day in the sun and all of us make some money. But what you have been writing, we have all seen it before many many times, worse than a broken record. Many of us are caught, too long and too deep in the red. So you can understand the scepticism when we see the old tricks being played out again and again. My fear is that those knights in shinning armour coming to underwrite are just simply milking us dry through dilutions and buying TON shares on the cheap for an eventual takeover for a song when the time is ripe.  

BTW why is the management so dependent on Pinnacle (aka the one with many previous names)? A prudent management would diversify the takeover risk by brining in more cornerstone investors, no? Or is TON with its world class resources unable to find any better suitors? Are we lacking in quality resource or quality management? Why then are we sitting on such low price?
