Unfortunately much that I would like to believe you this conspiracy theory has been floated so many times before and never proven right. What is certain is the SP gets pumped up for each CR and now this extension to get us small holders sc*ewed again. Will not surprise me if it goes down to hit rock bottom again. Meantime the management gets to fill the coffers to pay their inflated wages for another few months.
Unfortunately much that I would like to believe...
