The fact that Pinnacle have underwritten this when Triton is cashed up says to me they are keen to snap as many options as possible so an orchestration for shareholders to participate is unlikely in my mind.

I think buyers are trying to fill the stockings due to the increase in volume while at the same time someone has been skillfully keeping the share price in check .

There has been someone constantly pegging back the buy orders by dropping a million plus just below what other buyers were prepared to pay & equally a constant flow of mini road blocks in the early 5's.

Call me crazy but I still can't help but feel someone more than the average shareholder has been very interested in keeping the share price in the basement.
