my read on form - paperwork says if you BPAY, thats all you need to do, not necessary to return form if details already correct.
Bpay today, would be the latest (which my bank typically pays by the next day). but i would not leave it to the last minute .
Probably why they have given a last reminder, where immediate action might get there in time.
Check with your own financial institution.
