In short, the Company lost!...No expedited hearing...case set for trial in June 2018...and so the legal battle continues - I guess we all know where a lot of the capital that is to be raised will go and it ain't towards operations to finally get some business success.

Still cannot believe that PSL has not pulled the plug (maybe because the company claims shareholder uptake is good?). Personally, I'd be highly surprised if the uptake was good but, hey, maybe fairy-dust does exist.
