the good news is that not only will shareholders (as of last week, too late to buy now) get prioirity for the first 8 million shares, but also the last 4 million shares as long as there are enough shareholders to meet the minimum listing requirements.

Of course people buying JRL still will benefit from the more than likely stag in the SP (hopefully it does a Hindmarsh) since JRL retains 10 million shares in EM.
