Agree - given that average video rental is 5 units per month (ABS) per household (or say 5Gb), thats plenty of room.
I think data quota's, like speed, will be resolved, as "hungrier" services like YouTube, ReelTime, media rich services etc will force consumers away from low end plans that Telstra offers, to more reasonable plans from otehr ISP's. The Optus DSL2 40/60Gb plan, and TPG 60 & 150Gb are well out there, and cost about the same as what a 500Mb 512kplan from Telstra cost this time last year.
