CU2 Global does have a Chairman, if you check MOT website on CU2 more info you can click on the team and it clearly states Andrew Dale President and Peter Paterson Chairman and director.

History tells us all that the right people in the background steering the company(and there has been plenty of them) have delivered nothing in their many attempts to shareholders, it is about time that there were independent directors not aligned to any shareholder group to take control of this company and act in the best interests of ALL shareholders.
