That's very interesting. I just went through the awards myself and was surprised as I assumed that there would be one gold, one silver, and one bronze for each category but it's nothing like that at all. I still stand by what I said in terms of their cheddar and gouda - they are great cheeses - but you're right that as usual with this company not everything is as it seems.
