The trading halt said that there will be an announcement on an acquisition and as they have flagged in previous announcements that it will be in relation to iron ore we would expect a rerating of the company. The directors have been looking for a long time for the right one so guess they have found it.
Hugh Warner is well connected in Perth financial circles so should expect some big dollars to come into the company coffers. AGM at the end of the month should be interesting.
