i found some photos of the ItMK3 MPI plant that fwl plans to use under construction in america. if you look at this link there are three or four photos on this page with other unrelated photos. it looks like a football stadium.

Looks like fwl was heavilly marked down on the expectation that it wouldn't get the deal. now that it has, any guesses as to where the price will settle up to again?
