Yes you are probably partially right with your comments Gaspanic but at the time of taking over Windward, the following comments were published:

Independence managing director Peter Bradford said the company was committed to a strategy of consolidating a larger landholding within the Fraser Range and being a leader in the understanding of the Fraser Range geology.
“A portion of Windward’s tenement package is contiguous with the Nova mining lease and thus there is a clear rationale for this bolt-on transaction,” he said.

It is hard to believe that Nova and Bollinger are the only deposits in the Fraser Range vicinity - I think we all believe that at some future time, someone will find another nickel orebody somewhere close by.
BOA’s lease is best situated on the North-East trend from Nova and next best are the leases surrounding BOA which are owned by Mr Creasy’s company, Bolgart Rise.
Only my opinion but I think Independence would be naïve if they didn’t consider purchasing BOA’s ground. They are cashed up and BOA’s lease is the missing piece in the jig saw puzzle. I don’t think Matsa’s lease to the South would be a target because it is “off trend” and already has been heavily explored.
Results from BOA’s latest EM survey should be available sometime in January and I look forward to some positive results.
