Agree, preempt, that a transparent and experienced management team, that has no inherent conflict of interest, is a sine qua non for a company's success. Personally though I'm not keen on the sector, and only stayed in as long as I did because I believed our share of a producing mine, with the best discovery in 25 years, was worth a heck of a lot more than AGS accepted - after 5 years of legal muck raking, and with the board and management being paid full salaries for doing sweet F A. .. Hey, for all we shareholders know they might even have signed an agreement to stay out of uranium. Much has been hidden under the name of confidentiality; how genuine that is/was we began to doubt - especially after the company tried not to announce that we had to pay Heathgates and Q's costs!!
