This is not a rise off the back of a leak or impending news. The volume is pitifully small and suggests a single buyer who just wants onboard. Who knows why with the current prospects. The Mt Pleasant project is a real stab in the dark, an exercise to show shareholders that management aren't just sitting on their hands. May as well light cigars with $100 notes.
