you've made a lot of posts on the stockbroker handling the IPO over the years but that was nearly two and a half years ago its not very relevant to their current situation. Could be a number of reasons for New Guinea Gold selling down but I doubt that the prospectivity of the tenements has anything to do with it. NGG has several projects of their own, as well as major holdings in COY and Vangold and a JV with GOA. COY director Bob MacNeil is Chairman and CEO of NGG, and Peter MacNeil is MD of FNT. Between them they're not short of prospects and I get the feeling they're trying to untangle some of the managerial "related-party" conflicts and simplify ownership, or maybe they (NGG) just need the cash.
