No it wasn't, but I have a preference for buying shares that I think have good downside protection with good upside. In AAC's case I can't really value the business as I am simply not familiar with this space enough and there are too many variables . So in this case I bought as I like the macro story and used the NTA as a proxy for simple valuation . It has gone from a 20% discount to about 6% premium and given I am not sure how good they will be in converting these assets to revenue I decided to sell . I always have a preference for holding stock that I have the skill to value accurately . I simply can't with AAC
