Well, my calculations are only based on the current price. The advance notice for the CR is based off the SP at $0.275. Anything on the low 20c will make the offering at $0.18 much less attractive when it is official.
Back to the hope that come November, the JV announcement will propel the SP above and beyond. $0.18 will be a steal if that's the case.
