Yes,if ARH goes into liquidation then all the shares and the resource reverts to CP.I dont believe that he would allow that to happen.His business reputation would be destroyed and he would never live it down.Despite the cheap shots U R taking he is a large person wrt character and I dont believe that he would let the other shareholders down.Only insignificant little weasels behave like that.
I reckon that sooner or later a deal will be done...business is business and byygones will be bygones.
Dont believe everything U read in the papers.He may well have legitimate claims on Citic.We may yet have our day.New technology may save the day or Citic may take over the whole shebang in exchange for something else.ARH still possesses a lease to exploit a valuable resource.Eventually it may prove to be profitable just to dig up the dirt and ship it away without processing
